Start by creating a job post within Aurora, choosing from over 1,000 job categories tailored to various industries. Once your job post is ready, you can easily share it using a unique link across platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, or any other job boards you prefer.
Step 2: Assess Your Candidates
Candidates who apply will be redirected to Aurora, where we gather essential details like their CV, contact information, location, and any other specific requirements you have. Each candidate will then complete two scientifically validated assessments: a cognitive ability test and a personality test. These tests provide critical insights into the candidate's potential, and while they require some effort, they also serve as an initial filter for motivation. If a candidate does not complete the tests, you'll still receive their application, allowing you to consider them based on the information provided.
Step 3: Shortlist Using Data-Driven Insights
